Welcome to Cindy and David's 2015 Adventures
Sydney to Bribie Island - (page 1)
Coffs Harbour
Coffs Harbour jetty is always worth an evening walk and this particular sunset was certainly different than usual with strange rays reflecting in the East (opposite the sunset)
After a magnificent sunny day in Coffs the rain started during the night and proceeded to throw it down solidly between Coffs and the Gold Coast. One petrol stop resulted in a good soaking for both of us, umbrellas or no umbrellas!
Rainbow at Tallebudgera caravan park in the Gold Coast where we spent a couple of days. A favourite park of our's.
On to Bribie Island where we had a wonderful couple of days with road companions Ross and Sandra who live on Bribie Island. We met up with them in Mareeba in 2013 and have remained friends. They were magnificent hosts and great fun was had by all.
Met up with Pete and Chris who invited Paul and Helen to join us for lunch in their house on Wellington Point in Brisbane. Sandra and Ross also joined us later in the day and Sandra discovered she knew Helen. Big reunion!
First stop on this trip was Coffs Harbour purely to inspect the house and arrange a few things to be done with the agent. Met the tenants and were very impressed with the way they care for the house.
